If you are experiencing a problem with a legitimate (non-spam) email being misdelivered to your Spambox, or are not receiving an expected email, use this form to notify the WebHelps Postmaster.
Please use this form to make just one report or request at a time. To make multiple reports or requests, submit this form multiple times.

I am not receiving an expected email and suspect it is being mistaken for spam. Please add the sender's email address to the mail server's Whitelist.

A legitimate (non-spam) email is being repeatedly misdelivered to my Spambox.
In order to correct a Spambox misdelivery problem, the Postmaster must have a complete copy of the email's message source. It is very important to exactly follow the instructions below, or the Postmaster will have insufficient information to correct the problem.
INSTRUCTIONS:
    In Outlook Express:
  • Right click on the email message's summary in the top-right pane.
  • Select Properties.
  • Click the |Details| tab.
  • Click the [Message Source] button.
  • Right click anywhere inside the Message Source window, and choose Select All.
  • Right click again, and choose Copy.
  • Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below and choose Paste.
    In Microsoft Outlook:
  • Double-click on the email message's summary in the top-right pane to open it in a new window.
  • Click View in the top navigation bar, then select Options.
  • Right click anywhere inside the [[Internet header:]] box, and choose Select All.
  • Right click again, and choose Copy.
  • Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below, and choose Paste.
  • Close the Options window.
  • Again, double-click on the email message's summary in the top-right pane to open it in a new window.
    • If the message is in Plain Text:
    • Right click anywhere in the message window and choose Select All.
    • Right click again and select Copy.
    • Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below, and choose Paste.

      If the message is in HTML:
    • Right click anywhere in the message window and choose View Source.
    • Right click anywhere in the new message window that opens and choose Select All.
    • Right click again and select Copy.
    • Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below, and choose Paste.
Important! Do not copy the email message from the preview pane. Most often, what you see in the preview pane differs from the message's source.
