| Use this form to report spam to the WebHelps Postmaster |
| It is very important to exactly follow the instructions below, or the Postmaster will have insufficient information about the spam email you received to create effective anti-spam checks to prevent further delivery of this spam. |
| Please use this form to report just one (1) spam email at a time. To report multiple spam emails, submit this form multiple times. |
INSTRUCTIONS:
In Outlook Express:
- Right click on the email message's summary in the top-right pane.
- Select Properties.
- Click the |Details| tab.
- Click the [Message Source] button.
- Right click anywhere inside the Message Source window, and choose Select All.
- Right click again, and choose Copy.
- Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below and choose Paste.
In Microsoft Outlook:
- Double-click on the email message's summary in the top-right pane to open it in a new window.
- Click View in the top navigation bar, then select Options.
- Right click anywhere inside the [[Internet header:]] box, and choose Select All.
- Right click again, and choose Copy.
- Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below, and choose Paste.
- Close the Options window.
- Again, double-click on the email message's summary in the top-right pane to open it in a new window.
If the message is in Plain Text:
- Right click anywhere in the message window and choose Select All.
- Right click again and select Copy.
- Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below, and choose Paste.
If the message is in HTML:
- Right click anywhere in the message window and choose View Source.
- Right click anywhere in the new message window that opens and choose Select All.
- Right click again and select Copy.
- Right click inside the [[Message Source]] box below, and choose Paste.
