FANTASTIC !!!!!

We have been with WhatHelps/WebHelps for more than 3 years now, and the service has consistently been exceptional - and we're sure most are aware this is a 'rare find' these days.

Response to a Help Ticket is virtually immediate, with either an immediate fix, or a thorough and understandable dialogue continued until the problem has been resolved. In a recent case, the service Chris W. provided us was amazing.... troubleshooting with us till all hours of the night, providing solutions and ensuring everything was absolutely a-ok (on-going) before closing the ticket.

Our list subscribers most definately appreciate that due to this support, we can offer THEM an excellent service - and that's what it's all about.

This is what customer service SHOULD be like .... and probably even more !!
